Hi all!
So I thought I'd attempt to keep some form of a food diary today. It's a working day so I'm here from 7am - 3pm.
Works not normally "too" bad, but, we'll see.
Breakfast - 2 lean rashers of bacon grilled. 1 slice wholemeal bread (2.5), brown sauce (1.5)
Cuz I'm in work I never got to nab any fruit for my 1/3 superfree but I'll make an extra effort later.
Lunch - 2 slices lean pork. Peas and sweetcorn. 1 bowl broccoli and potato soup. Handful strawberries. 1 apple.
I get a bit more freedom at lunch so I nabbed some fruit.
Home from work and hungry as usual and despite a trip to asda I don't know what to eat. I eventually decided on some cereal even though that pushes me over my heb allowance.
Snack - 35g fruit & fibre (heb) with semi-skimmed milk (hea). 3 mandarins and a pear.
I love fruit especially mandarins (despite my allergies) and raspberries. Got 3 bags of mandarins today and for something a bit different cottage cheese with pear and apple, which while its not syn free it's 1 syn per 100g. Also picked up 3 chocolate bars cuz we all need a wee treat. I've not ate any yet but I have cut each in 2 meaning I'll get my chocolate fix for half the syns, these half bars are 5-7 syns each.
Can't even begin to think about dinner though I am thinking of a nap (well I was in work for 7am).
So as predicted I fell asleep. But when I woke with I decided to go with Slimming World chilli con Carne for dinner, this was quick and easy as I tend to cook it in batches and freeze it.

Now I have been drinking throughout the day. I've had maybe 3-4 pints of water. I'm also susceptible to a Pepsi Max (though there's none in the house at the mo).
Last meal if the day was another wee snack - 3 mandarins (see told ya I liked them), 1 pear and half a bar of fruit & but (6).
So syns total for today is 10. Not too bad, I've got 15 to use after all.
Sorry for such a long winded post, once I've been doing these posts a while long I'm sure I'll find a better format.
