So I had my weigh in at 12.00pm and ... I lost 2 lbs =D
Breakfast - 4 mandarins
Lunch/Dinner - Cheese (hea), bacon and onion toastie (heb)
Snack - hot nuts (I can't find the exact syns of these but they're similar to Nobby's Nuts which are 5 syns per 25g so I reckon they've used up my full 15 syns)
Snack - 4 mandarins
Total Syns = 15(ish)
I was out and about today so didn't eat as much as normal.
P.S. I stated previous days that sachets of brown sauce are 1.5 syns, they are in fact only 0.5 syns.
