Some of you will know me from my nail blog Never Mind Suzi.
But nails aren't my only interest. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and keeping active is also.
I've been trying to do this through Slimming World and regular gym classes.
Unfortunately though I've fell of the wagon lately. It is in part to blame for a car accident I was in at the start of the year in which I hurt my back and am still suffering from that but it's also to do with becoming complacent and its for this reason I'm further away from a target than ever.
This time last year I had lost 3 stone and was the larger end of a UK size 12. Then the accident happened, followed my complacency and a holiday and here I am now a year later 1st 4lbs heavier (though on the bright side I've still kept 1st 10lbs off).
So to summarise:
July 2010
Weight 15st 1lbs
Dress Size 16-18
December 2011
Weight 12st 1lbs
Dress Size 12
December 2012
Weight 13st 5lbs
Dress Size 14-16
I don't have a weight target but ideally would love to get to a 10-12 dress size.
