Hi all!

Breakfast - 2 lean slices of grilled bacon, 1 slice wholemeal bread (heb), brown sauce (1.5). Apple.

Lunch - 1 lean slice roast turkey. 1 slice wholemeal bread (heb).  Brussle Sprouts. Vegetable soup.

Snack - 3 mandarins.

Dinner - Steak. Cheese (hea). Onions & mushrooms. Salad.

Snack - 3 mandarins. Ben & Jerry's 100g (12)

Total Syns = 13.5 (the ice cream was totally worth it!)

So it's weigh in day tomorrow, I'll let you know how I get on, I have been having a flexi week though with a few social excursions (including food) lol.
