Hi all!
Well it's the start of a new week.
Breakfast - cheese (hea) & ham toastie (heb). 4 mandarins.
Lunch - salad (carrot, cabbage & lettuce), salad light balsamic spray ( currently trying to find out if this is free or not). 4 mandarins.
Dinner - vegetable soup. Chicken, sweetcorn & mayo (2) sandwich (heb).
I counted the bread as a heb cuz this day is more or less success express if you look at the amount of superfree food I had.
Total syns = 2
